Notice Writing Format Class 12th step by step
Notice writing format-You must have seen the notice-board in your school. Notices are generally pinned up or pasted on boards.
Notice is an information or instruction or warning, given in advance about something that is going to happen in future. It is a short piece of writing written usually in a formal or informal style.
Writing an effective notice is an art which can be mastered the with-continuous practice. It should be accurate, Brief and Clear.
How to write effective notices.
An effective notice should include the following details: Writing Notice is very easy. We have to follow some steps to Design a good and clean notice.
- Draw a suitable box that is shorter in length and longer in width
- Name of the Organization, Institution or Office.
- Now on the left side, Date of issuing the notice
- The title ‘Notice’.
- A suitable eye-catching heading
- The content stating purpose, occasion, detailed schedule (date, time, venue, duration of the programme)
- Signature / Name and designation of the person issuing the notice.
